Doctor Thomas Bolté is medical director of New York Urgent Care and Bolte Medical Urgent Care Center nyc. He has incorporated dietary and nutritional approaches to weight loss and nutritional optimization, including low-carb diets such as the Atkins Diet and Zone Diet, as well as low-fat approaches presented by Doctor Julian Whitaker and Doctor Dean Ornish.
